Plumbing Installer
D&D Plumbing, Heating, and AC — Midland, TX
D&D Plumbing, Heating, and AC is hiring an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our residential install team. We're looking for a licensed Tradesman or Journeyman Plumber who takes pride in clean, code-compliant work and wants steady, year-round install volume.

Pay & Schedule
$25.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience
Monday – Friday
What You'll Do
- Complete residential plumbing installations and replacements — water heaters, tankless units, water softeners, re-pipes, fixtures, and sewer/water line work
- Read and work from job scopes, plans, and permits
- Ensure all work meets state and local plumbing code
- Coordinate with apprentices and helpers on job assignments and quality
- Communicate with customers professionally on scope, progress, and completion
- Document all work accurately in ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance, vehicle, and equipment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
Qualifications
- Texas Tradesman Plumber-Limited or Journeyman Plumber license preferred
- 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing code and proper installation standards
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with homeowners
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
