As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer supporting a public transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to riders, staff, and visitors. Pay Rate: $19.45 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at transit facilities and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents, disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter areas to help identify unauthorized activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and public areas, assist with crowd management during high-traffic periods, and report suspicious activity or unattended property according to site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to incidents, patrols, observations, and customer interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
