Role summary:The Director, Program Management provides strategic leadership by aligning business objectives with customer needs and driving the development and execution of comprehensive program plans. This role oversees cross-functional teams, manages resource allocation, and evaluates operational processes to ensure optimal outcomes. The position fosters continuous improvement, supports talent development, and promotes adherence to company standards and ethics. By collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders, the Director ensures informed decision-making, risk management, and the successful delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance service capabilities and drive business growth.
About the team:
The Central Operations Chief of Staff Office functions as the strategic coordination center, advancing key priorities, transformation efforts, and leadership goals. This team partners with senior leaders to oversee business operations, governance, communications, project execution, performance monitoring, and long-term planning. Members contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives, tackle complex challenges, and shape organizational strategy through effective program management, leadership, and communication. The team emphasizes adaptability and sound decision-making to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the enterprise, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of critical business objectives.
What you'll do...
- Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective program management plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, scope, and evaluate enterprise-wide projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by assessing operational processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing best practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
