What You'll Do
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a trusted financial partner to leaders across Patient Care Services and Finance by:
Developing and analyzing monthly financial, staffing, productivity, and volume reports
Preparing variance analyses and partnering with department leaders to identify opportunities and action plans
Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities
Building and maintaining decision-support models and reporting tools
Analyzing labor utilization, patient volumes, and operational trends
Supporting reimbursement, business development, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives
Collaborating closely with nursing leadership, operational leaders, and the accounting team
Delivering data-driven recommendations that improve financial and operational performance
Assisting with executive reporting and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required
Required Experience in:
Budgeting and forecasting
Financial planning and reporting
Decision support and data analysis
Strong Excel, reporting, and data analytics skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of hospital operations, healthcare financial reporting, productivity metrics, staffing analysis, budgeting processes, and the unique financial challenges facing healthcare organizations.
2 years’ experience supporting:
Hospitals
Health systems
Acute-care facilities
Clinical operations
is strongly preferred and will be a significant factor in candidate selection.
