What You Can Expect:
The Tender Management Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end Request for Quotation (RFQ) and tender process for global and regional logistics accounts. This role acts as the central hub connecting Sales, Product Management (Ocean), and Procurement to strategy-engineer, price, and submit highly competitive and accurate freight forwarding bids.
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of complex, multi-modal (Air, Ocean, Land) global and regional tenders from initial invitation to final submission.
Rate Sourcing: Collaborate with Ocean, Air, and Land procurement teams to secure competitive base rates, local charges, and surcharges.
Pricing Strategy: Apply strategic margin analysis based on market conditions, customer volume, and company growth targets to maximize win rates and profitability
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in freight forwarding, tender management, pricing, or commercial operations.
