We expect you to have:
Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead the procurement strategy for the categories under your responsibility, aligned with business priorities and corporate objectives.
- Ensure the timely and competitive procurement of goods and services, guaranteeing the continuity of operations and CAPEX projects.
- Act as a strategic partner to internal clients, understanding their needs and supporting the planning of their requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, digitization, and standardization of procurement processes.
- Lead and develop the team under your responsibility, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Continuous improvement and process-driven mindset, Lean is a differential.
Education: Bachelor´s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.
Experience: Purchasing Analyst (3-5 years) , Purchasing Coordinator (2-3 years), Purchasing Manager (2-3 years).
Stakeholder Management.
Knowledge and/or areas of expertise: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Required) Procurement, imports, negotiations, and team leadership. Procurement of Capex services and knowledge of civil works contracting.
Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
