Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Responsible for managing residential mortgage applications from lodgement to settlement
- Supporting brokers through document collection, compliance, lender communication, and settlement coordination using ApplyOnline, Australian lender portals, and mortgage CRMs.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- AU Mortgage Processing experience
- End-to-end mortgage loan processing
- Experience with CRM systems (Infinity or MyCRM preferred, but any CRM is acceptable)
- Experience using lender portals
- Serviceability assessment
- Valuation ordering
Work Setup: Full onsite for the first 6 months, hybrid eventually
Work Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
