SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished products according to company procedures

- Prepare and stage materials for production and shipping based on work orders
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS or SAP)
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including handling hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in compliance with 5S standards
- Report any discrepancies or damaged materials to supervisors promptly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
- Take samples of raw material during the receiving material process
- Accurately performs all requirements / duties in the warehouse area, following the quality policies
