Your role
We are looking for a Senior P2P Analyst to take ownership of Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense processes within our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely execution of AP activities, resolve operational issues, and drive process improvements. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance, efficiency, and strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about driving efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Execute and oversee AP and Travel & Expense processes, acting as a point of reference for process-related issues and ensuring consistent KPI achievement.
Independently process and validate supplier invoices within agreed service levels, resolving complex issues and ensuring full policy and control compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and employee travel and expense reports, including verification and reconciliation in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with business partners and vendors to build and maintain professional relationships.
Prepare, review, and interpret analytical reports and accounting schedules to support decision-making.
Identify recurring issues or risks and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Address and resolve vendor and internal queries related to invoices and escalate when necessary.
Act as a key point of contact within the team, providing guidance and clarification on P2P processes and related inquiries.
Your profile
Minimum 4 years of proven professional experience is required; prior exposure to shared services or comparable environments is an advantage.
Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
