Role Overview:

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the daily operational, financial, and personnel management of Operating Room ER They ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimal staffing, and high-quality patient care within their assigned departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily unit workflows, including nurse scheduling, patient assignments, and resource allocation.
• Oversee unit budgets, manage medical supplies, and optimize operational costs.
• Handle patient and family grievances promptly to maintain high patient satisfaction scores.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support the professional development of unit staff.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or an equivalent field is mandatory.
• Experience: Strong operational managerial experience within high-volume or specialized units is mandatory. Similar department-specific management experience is welcomed.
• Licensing: Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration is highly preferred.
