Mandarin & Cantonese-Speaking Customer Support Advisor

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On-site)

Salary: RM 4,000–4,500 gross/month + Monthly KPI Bonus (up to RM 700) + 13th-Month Salary

About the Role

We are looking for a Mandarin & Cantonese-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join an international customer service team supporting a reservations project. In this role, you will assist customers with reservation-related inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience through phone, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle pre- and post-reservation inquiries via phone, email, and fax.
• Process reservation modifications, changes, and cancellations.
• Respond to customer requests accurately and professionally.
• Coordinate with hotels and guests regarding special requests.
• Resolve customer complaints while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, or reservations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Work Schedule

• Full-time.
• 5 working days per week.
• Rotating morning and afternoon shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:30 PM.
• Monday to Sunday with rotating days off.
