Overview
The medical secretary will handle all clerical responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Requirements:• HS Diploma/GED Required• Experience working in a medical practice is highly preferred• EPIC experience preferred• Provider administrative experience• Experience working within a very busy, dynamic physician practice setting.• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities will include:• Assist with Front Office Duties• Coordinate doctors’ office, on-call and operating schedules• Book surgeries and radiology procedures and guide patient through entire process of care • Obtain necessary authorizations• Perform reconciliation of various revenue reports• Register patient demographics • Answering phones• Verifying insurances• Preparing charts • Assisting patients with various needs • Various office projects and clerical duties.
Pay Range
USD $21.21 - USD $29.70 /Hr.Qualifications
