Summary:
As an Advanced Application Engineer, a typical day involves creating and refining cutting-edge technology solutions tailored for new and evolving industries and products. This role requires translating complex system requirements into detailed design specifications, ensuring that innovative concepts are effectively transformed into practical applications. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to drive technological advancements and meet project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active ProActive Technology.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices related to Manhattan Active ProActive Technology.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within application environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to Manhattan Active ProActive Technology.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manhattan Active ProActive Technology.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
