JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: F&B Supervisor
Department: Food & Beverage
Supervision Exercised: Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Bussers, Food Runners
Supervision Received: Food & Beverage Manager / Assistant F&B Manager
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of food and beverage experience.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Experience in restaurant, bar, or banquet operations a plus.
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets are met.
- Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods.
- Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
