Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for Workday implementations
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop engagement plans
- Create and deliver change impact assessments and readiness activities
- Design and execute communication plans, including executive communications, leadership messaging, and end-user communications
- Build and support change champion networks
- Develop training strategies, curricula, training materials, facilitator guides, job aids, and eLearning content
- Coordinate and support end-user training delivery
- Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and business readiness activities
- Track adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and change-related risks
- Support testing, go-live readiness, hypercare, and post-production adoption activities
- Partner with client SMEs and project teams to ensure successful knowledge transfer and sustainable ownership of Workday processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Workday certification
- 3+ years’ Workday implementation experience
- 5+ years' OCM experience
- 5+ years' training development experience
- Facilitation expertise
- Public sector and/or higher education experience preferred
- Experience supporting Workday Student, HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials
- Prosci/CCMP certification would be nice to have
