Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior PCB Layout Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will own the complete PCB layout process from schematic ECO through manufacturing release, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality PCB designs for AI Server, Data Center, Networking, Power, and Energy Storage applications.
Essential Functions:
Own and manage the complete PCB layout workflow from schematic ECO to manufacturing release.
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve PCB footprint and layout libraries.
Collaborate with PCB fabricators to resolve engineering queries (EQs) and manufacturing issues.
Execute component placement, routing, power distribution optimization, and stack-up planning.
Perform complex routing for multilayer PCB designs ranging from 8 to over 30 layers.
Design HDI PCB structures utilizing blind, buried, and microvias.
Qualifications:
Basic communication skills in English.
Experience in AI Server/HVDC (800V)/Low-loss Materials/multilayer PCB designs is highly preferred.
Experience in a PCB layout role within an electronics design company is preferred.
8+ years of PCB layout experience in power, analog, or mixed-signal circuit designs.
Proficient in Cadence Allegro PCB Designer
Experience with OrCAD Capture tool.
Familiar with PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
Knowledge of SI/PI, HDI design rules, DFM, DFA, and PCB stack-up planning
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
