Job description

Traffice Analyst - Import Operations Coordinator

Location: 80 Alps Avenue, Singapore (Onsite)
Note: Company transportation/cab services are not provided.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Import Operations Coordinator to manage and monitor the import process for all incoming shipments via Air, Ocean, and Road. The successful candidate will work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely customs clearance, accurate import declarations, and efficient delivery of shipments into ADC Singapore.

Job Description

  • The candidate is required to manage the import process for all incoming shipments via Air/ Ocean/ Road
  • Update and monitor closely on all import shipments into ADC Singapore, any delay to ensure they are communicated to the stakeholders
  • Follow up and coordinate with our Forwarders on all import permit declaration, custom clearance and delivery into ADC Singapore
  • Ensure accuracy in all import shipments permits declared by our Forwarders
  • Ensure all permits are declared within 7 days from shipment arrival date
  • Ensure supply availability date is updated timely in Oracle
  • Attend Quarterly Business Review with our Forwarders Verification of Import Freight Bills
  • Prepare monthly Tonnage report Prepare monthly GST report
  • Act as a point of contact for all import matters
  • Attend Traffic Team Meeting Partake in any form of UAT activities
  • Attend Quarter End Traffic calls Any other ad hoc business
  • The candidate must be open for job rotation and prepared to support the team in other areas such as processing and scheduling of product and spares orders

Knowledge & Skills

  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Oracle, and WMS systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Import/Export Operations, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant education and a strong interest in supply chain operations are encouraged to apply.
