Description
1.Responding to customer emails on inspection status, reports, quotations, and enquiries.
2.Preparing quotations based on customer requirements and operational processes.
3.Planning daily production schedules and coordinating workflow to meet delivery timelines.
4.Allocating manpower based on workload, priorities, and urgent requests.
5.Managing high-value inspections, reviewing results, and ensuring reports are completed and submitted on time.
6.Coordinating with Customer Service, Operations, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth VAS execution.
7.Resolving operational issues independently to avoid delays and maintain service quality.
