About the Company
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop net-new US shipper accounts through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover shipper pain points, shipping volumes, preferred lanes, and operational bottlenecks.
- Present tailored middle-mile and box truck logistics solutions, negotiate freight rates, and close new business.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and execution.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly outreach activities and monthly revenue targets.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven US Freight Industry Experience: 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience within US freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation (non-negotiable).
- Near-Native English Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English (C1/C2) with a strong phone presence and cold-calling confidence.
- Full-Cycle Sales Mastery: Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, quote, negotiate, and close US shippers independently.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of US shipping dynamics, freight rate structures, box truck/freight terminology, and shipper pain points.
- Remote Proficiency: Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in an outbound, performance-driven remote environment.
Nice to Have
- An active network or existing book of business with US shippers (manufacturing, retail, or distribution).
- Direct experience selling box truck or middle-mile freight services.
- Hands-on experience using modern logistics CRMs and sales outreach tools.
