Location: Makkah Region, Saudi Arabia
Project: High-Rise Tower & 5-Star Hotel Development

Are you an experienced Senior Electrical Technical Engineer (Technical/QC) with expertise in High-Rise Towers and 5-Star Hotel Projects? Join a prestigious mega development in the Makkah Region and play a key role in ensuring world-class quality, technical excellence, and compliance across landmark construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate electrical design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for high-rise and hospitality MEP systems.
Prepare and coordinate electrical shop drawings in line with approved designs, BIM models, and site conditions.
Prepare and maintain As-Built Drawings for project close-out and O&M handover.
Prepare and verify BOQ take-offs to support procurement, tendering, and variation evaluations.
Perform Technical/QC inspections of electrical installations including:
Power Distribution
Lighting Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Low Current Systems
BMS Interfaces
Support BIM coordination to ensure clash-free integration with other engineering disciplines.
Review vendor technical submittals, material approvals, and equipment datasheets.
Provide technical guidance to site electrical engineers on complex installation issues.
Ensure compliance with SEC requirements, Saudi Building Code, NFPA, and international electrical standards.
Participate in technical inspections, witness testing, commissioning reviews, and prepare non-conformance evaluation reports.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in High-Rise Towers and 5-Star Hotel Projects.
Strong Technical/QC background in Electrical Engineering.
Hands-on expertise in:
Electrical Design Review
Shop Drawings
BOQ Preparation
As-Built Drawings
BIM Coordination
Technical Inspections
Quality Control
Thorough knowledge of SEC Standards, Saudi Building Code, NFPA, and international electrical codes.
Strong coordination and technical documentation skills.
BIM proficiency is mandatory.
Previous experience in the Makkah Region is highly preferred.
Transferrable Iqama is Mandatory.
