Assembler – 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | $16.50/hr
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll assemble corrugated boxes, cartons, and packaging displays while ensuring products meet quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble corrugated boxes, cartons, and packaging displays according to specifications.
- Feed cardboard materials into production machines and remove finished products.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring proper folding, dimensions, and appearance.
- Stack, bundle, label, and palletize products for shipment.
- Assist machine operators by loading materials and monitoring production.
- Meet daily production and quality goals.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
