Essential Functions:
- Assemble window and glazing systems according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assembly operations accurately and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Inspect assembled products to verify quality, fit, and compliance with customer requirements.
- Package completed products for shipment while ensuring proper handling and protection.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production schedules and quality objectives.
- Cross-train and assist in other manufacturing and assembly areas as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred; training is available for qualified candidates.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and production documents.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other measuring equipment.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to adapt to changing production needs and work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
