Project Role Description : Support quality assurance programs to monitor performance and compliance of processes, procedures, and policies. Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting quality assurance initiatives aimed at monitoring the effectiveness and compliance of various organizational processes, procedures, and policies. This role requires close collaboration with global teams focused on quality, process improvement, and delivery to evaluate knowledge levels, identify learning requirements, and actively contribute to refining quality methodologies and operational processes. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are maintained and enhanced across different functions and regions, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance throughout the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of quality assurance findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes by identifying gaps and proposing enhancements.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to build their understanding of quality assurance practices and standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in configuring and managing ServiceNow modules related to quality and compliance management.
- Ability to analyze process workflows and identify areas for quality improvement within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow environments.
- Strong skills in reporting and dashboard creation using ServiceNow performance analytics tools.
- Capability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to implement quality assurance solutions using ServiceNow.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
