Position Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Trellis Chino, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You will support residents with daily needs while contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
- Support safe mobility, positioning, and transfers
- Observe, monitor, and report changes in resident condition
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
- Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous CNA experience preferred, but not required
