Clinical Nurse - Emergency | Buderim Hospital
Employment Term: Permanent Part Time Opportunity (minimum 0.6 FTE)
Location: Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast, QLD
Remuneration: $55.63 - $59.61 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our Buderim Hospital team
As an experienced nurse, you will present with well-developed communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering person-centred care through a strong alignment to our values. You’ll be adept at managing conflicting priorities whilst remaining patient-focused under time pressures.
As a Clinical Nurse in the Emergency department, you will
Provide Exceptional customer service skills focused on exceeding patient expectations
Commit to achieving optimal patient outcomes through the use of effective clinical knowledge and professional standards of practice
Apply clinical practice that ensures and promotes a safe environment for optimal patient health
Effectively and accurately exchange, retrieve and manage information relevant to your role
Exercise authority through appropriate decision making
Apply sound knowledge of principles of clinical and workplace risk management, including incident management
What makes a difference for us?
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Emergency Department
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
An ability to coordinate and prioritise your wards clinical load
Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements
A keen interest in leadership
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
