The Global Brand Partnerships & Sponsoring team shapes Julius Baer's brand presence through strategic partnerships across sport, music and art. We develop impactful brand experiences that strengthen client relationships and support business objectives.We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and versatile professional to support the Head of Global Brand Partnerships & Sponsoring and the wider team. This role combines executive support, project coordination, administration, reporting and selected conceptual tasks.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on team player who enjoys managing a broad range of responsibilities. While the role is primarily focused on operational and administrative support, the ideal candidate should also be able to contribute to strategic thinking and create compelling presentations for senior stakeholders and management.
Depending on experience and profile, additional responsibilities may be assigned across sponsor-ship projects and initiatives.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Executive & Administrative Support:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Head of Global Brand Partnerships & Sponsoring and the wider team
Support sponsorship-related administration and documentation
Coordinate meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements and internal approval processes
Create visually compelling executive-level PowerPoint presentations
Measurement & Performance Management:
Manage and further develop the sponsorship measurement framework
Coordinate data collection, reporting and quality assurance across sponsorship platforms
Collaborate with internal analytics teams to measure sponsorship effectiveness and generate insights
Translate performance data into actionable management recommendations
YOUR PROFILE
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
Experience in project coordination, marketing, sponsorship or related fields
Financial services experience is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented with a strong ’can-do‘ attitude
Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with conceptual and strategic support
Strong analytical mindset and affinity for reporting and performance measurement
Excellent communication and writing skills
Proven ability to structure, visualise and communicate complex ideas through high-quality PowerPoint presentations
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
Reliable team player who can work independently when required
Technical Requirements:
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Expertise in creating executive-level presentations and management materials
Excellent written and spoken English
German language skills strongly preferred
