SME Sales Associate (Telesales)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Sales team as a SME Sales Associate, B2B based at our Head Office, Tullamarine Vic.

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prospect for new business in the corporate SME / segment 

• Achieve maximum revenue with highest yield possible for your segment

• Close collaboration with the operations team to generate quality leads from stations. 

• Ensure sound and seamless onboarding of new SME customers

• Ensure information presented is compliant with company standards and of a professional standard

• Record all customer contacts and transactions daily in Salesforce.

• Use Salesforce marketing automation for communications to the SME database.

• Template-based proposal generation on new SME business opportunities.

• Understand and implement profitability analysis of rate products.

• Ensure CRM system is updated daily; compile monthly reports and record sales activities.

• Contract Management - utilizing Docusign solutions for SME contracts.

To be considered, you should possess:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working within a similar role / sales environment.

• Experience in a competitive business to business environment is beneficial

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining effective long term customer relationships. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• A full and current Australian driver’s licence 

• Knowledge of CRM systems.
