Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Technician at our pasta production facility in New Hope, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:
Test samples to ensure product quality, safety, and specification compliance
Audit production and packaging for accuracy in shapes, specifications, storage, packaging, labeling and coding
Identify and manage non-conforming products and food safety hazards, ensuring issues are investigated and recommending solutions
Maintain records, documentation, and retention samples
Proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
Previous work in a food manufacturing environment
Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in QA testing
