Service Support Technician

We are looking for an exceptional Service Support Technician who can make our customers impressed once again not only with the
functiona| aspects of our products, but also with our services.
*Performs on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installation of company product.
*Provides technica| support to customers on operationa| or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
*Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
*Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
*Determines most cost-effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
*Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:
*Associates degree or Bachelor equivalent experience preferred.
*None~3 years of related experience.
*Should be able to interact with various people within and outside the service department and customers.
*Should be able to evaluate, test and troubleshoot where standard test procedures are insufficient.
*Should be able to provide technica| support to other technicians when required.
*Should be able to provide feedback on the failure and possible corrective actions.
*Good English communication skills are preferred.
