Amazon 1P Vendor Account Manager | Brooklyn, NY · $175K–$200K + Commission
About the Role
A well-known national brand is looking for an experienced Amazon 1P Vendor Account Manager to take full ownership of its Amazon Vendor Central business. This is a senior, high-visibility role for someone who knows the Vendor Central ecosystem inside and out and can run both the daily operations and the long-term growth strategy. You'll be the driving force behind the account's performance, profitability, and relationship with Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
Account Strategy & Amazon Relationship
- Manage the overall Amazon Vendor Central account
- Develop and execute Amazon growth strategies
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Amazon Vendor Manager
Advertising & Performance
- Manage PPC and Amazon Advertising campaigns
- Monitor profitability, sales performance, margins, and key account metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, operational efficiency, and account health
Operations & Catalog Management
- Oversee compliance, chargebacks, shortages, deductions, and operational issues
- Manage catalog, content, pricing, inventory, forecasting, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations, finance, supply chain, and creative
Qualifications
- Significant hands-on experience managing a large Amazon 1P business
- Comfortable working across every aspect of the Vendor Central ecosystem
- Highly analytical, commercially minded, and detail-oriented
- Experienced managing both day-to-day operations and long-term growth strategy
- Must be able to work full-time, in-office in Brooklyn, NY (no remote or hybrid)
