Quality Engineer (Mýto, Chladírenství)

CCR is looking for a proactive Quality Engineer to ensure high product and process quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. You will focus on prevention, root-cause analysis, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, suppliers and customers.

 

Zodpovědnosti

 

• Monitor and improve product and manufacturing process quality.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, technical drawings, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans and MSA activities.
• Participate in new product introduction and product qualification projects.
• Lead quality validation, inspections and containment activities.
• Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Communicate quality concerns and corrective-action progress to customers.
• Analyse quality data, identify trends and drive defect reduction.
• Support internal audits and preparation for external audits.
• Track key quality indicators, including PPM, COPQ, scrap, rework, customer complaints and audit findings.

 

 

Kvalifikace

 

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing quality or a related engineering environment.
• Knowledge of root-cause analysis and core quality tools.
• A structured, analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• The confidence to communicate with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset and genuine commitment to building a culture of quality excellence.
