This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system capabilities is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system features.
- Maintain and improve existing applications to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Continuously explore and integrate emerging technologies to enhance system functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in HPE NonStop.
- Strong understanding of full stack development principles including both frontend and backend technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning in complex environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
