Position Summary: Install, maintain, and repair electrical and instrumentation controls and equipment in the Plant, processing and production departments. Also, you will maintain control systems to suit control strategies required for process/electrical equipment to perform.

Salary: $49.12/hour + tool allowance
Hours of Work: 8 hours, Monday to Friday, Occasional Weekends and Overtime
Schedule: Rotating 8-hour Schedule; four (4) weeks day shift, two (2) weeks night shift, two (2) weeks afternoon shift
Work Location: 944 Highway 8, Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate and test electrical and instrumentation equipment to required standards
- Troubleshooting and repair of controls, electrical components and systems in facility, utilities, and production departments
- Preventative maintenance (PM) and repair activities on all electrical and instrumentation related equipment
- Ongoing training on new equipment and maintenance practices would be a requirement

Qualifications & Experience:
- Availability to work rotating shifts, days, afternoons, nights with some overtime required
- C of Q – Industrial or Construction Electrician (309A or 442)
- Allen Bradley PLC experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Problem solving & planning
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and you value team effort
- Food manufacturing experience considered an asset
Physical Activity / Working Conditions:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bend/twist, push/pull as needed to complete work tasks
