As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll join a world leader in platinum group metals with over 200 years of history and innovation. The role:
As a CSE, you will help drive our goals by:
- Manage canner schedules and delivery plans in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate weekly meetings with canners and distribute meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support production planning, inventory management, and operational stock levels.
- Maintain daily communication with canners, providing timely updates, resolving requests, and escalating schedule changes when needed.
- Ensure accurate SAP transactions for consignment consumption to support invoicing and financial reporting.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to achieve sales targets and maintain supply continuity.
- Share customer demand insights and sales forecasts with relevant stakeholders.
- Support product lifecycle management to minimize obsolescence.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
- Perform additional duties within the scope of the role as required.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and spoken English language
- Experience in an administrative and/or sales support role
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft office and SAP ERP
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and organizational skills
