Position Summary
Haygor Instrument & Company is seeking a dependable Welder Helper to support our welding team by preparing materials, assembling components, and assisting with production processes. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and is eager to learn and grow within the welding trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and cut capillary lines.
- Stamp diaphragms, etch, wash, and assemble parts.
- Assist lead welders with production and fabrication tasks.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards before moving to the next operation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and basic computer skills.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
