AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL:
Manage and resolve customer issues
Manage orders and shipping activities between manufacturing plants as well as from a manufacturing plant/distribution center to the customer
Manage demand management actions as needed to meet monthly plan including order activities between manufacturing plants, sales team, and external customers
Work with the materials group, other Copeland location customer service teams, warehouse personnel, trade compliance, and sales team to meet critical customer n
Ensure accuracy of orders and shipment information in the Oracle systems
Monitor shipments to meet monthly demand targets and customer on-time delivery

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
We offer work-life balance to our employees, general working hours for this position are: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Normal 40 hours per week.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Associate's degree or 60 hours college credit with 4+ years' experience in relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Strong communication skills
Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office including email, Excel and Word
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Must be able to interface with all levels of management both internal and with external customers
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
Legal Authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Oracle experience
Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
