Your Next Shift

Step into the spotlight as a full-time Server at 4200 Great American parkway, earning $18.70 plus tips on a varied schedule (evenings, weekends, and holidays). This role exists to keep guest service fast, polished, and unforgettable—especially when the pace spikes.

You’ll be responsible for anticipating guest needs, greeting and seating guests, taking food and alcoholic beverage orders, and using suggestive selling to elevate the experience. You’ll enter orders in the POS (or document clearly when systems are down), support banquet set-ups for 10–200 guests, maintain and refresh break stations/buffets, and clean assigned equipment. You’ll also strictly follow state liquor regulations, including refusing service to minors or intoxicated guests.

Required:
- Food Handling Certificate
- Alcohol Service Certification (TIPS/SERVSAFE)
- Knowledge of state liquor regulations
- Fluent English (verbal & written), basic arithmetic, POS/order entry
- Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to lift trays/equipment
