About Our Program
You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.
This unique, 1-year fast-track program transforms motivated individuals into our future logistics leaders in Germany. Whether you're looking to step up from an operator role, leaving education or looking for growth you will learn on the job, help shape a growing business from the ground up, and experience rapid salary growth in a cross-cultural environment.
Your Journey:
Start by mastering operations: Progress from Warehouse to Senior Operative.
Build your driving skills: Get fully trained and licensed on heavy machinery including Forklift (fully funded).
Learn to lead: Learn team management, shift planning, and warehouse leadership.
After year one, you'll be ready to step into your next role and continue to grow your career at Jingdong Logistics whether this be in a technical specialism or in a management role, there's something for you here.
What You'll Do
Floor Operations: Master inbound/outbound logistics, order fulfillment, and smart-warehousing tech.
Equipment Mastery: Safely operate heavy warehouse machinery and secure your forklift certification.
Team Leadership: Shadow supervisors to learn shift management, team motivation, and KPIs.
Cross-Cultural Building: Help bridge workflows between our German facility and Chinese corporate roots in a dynamic, startup-style environment.
About You
This track is for ambitious individuals looking for a non-traditional route straight into management. You need:
Languages: German & English (+C1 level).
Mindset: Hands-on, adaptable, and excited by a fast-evolving, low-structure workplace.
Cross-Cultural Openness: Curious and eager to work in a heavily Chinese-influenced corporate culture.
The Basics: Manual handling ability, a reliable attitude, and shift flexibility.
Age: Must be 18 or older.
