The Job:

As the Inventory Lead, you’ll get to:

Manage inventory control activities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity across the distribution centre.
Complete key inventory tasks including cycle counting, product slotting, stock consolidation, replenishment, stock receipt, reconciliation, reporting, and SKU data maintenance.
Monitor and review storage and inventory systems to ensure supply requirements are met and stock levels are effectively controlled.
Prepare and implement plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost.
Support the annual stock take process and ensure inventory adjustments are investigated and completed in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities to improve DC systems and processes and work with IT and internal stakeholders to implement efficiency improvements.

About You:

You have experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar distribution centre role.
You have strong systems capability, including experience with SAP, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office.
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
You have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
You are highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across functions and build positive working relationships.
