Elements Massage Horsham is searching for a high‑energy, results‑driven Wellness Membership Sales Advisor/ Customer Service Specialist to join our front desk team. This role is built for someone who loves sales, thrives on performance metrics, and wants to be rewarded for their success.

As the face of our studio, you’ll drive membership growth, convert inquiries into loyal clients, and deliver a polished, professional experience from the moment guests walk in. If you’re competitive, confident, and motivated by hitting goals and exceeding them, you’ll excel here.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional first impression for every client walking through the door

• Drive membership sales by confidently presenting the Elements Wellness Program

• Sell packages and gift cards to maximize client value

• Convert phone inquiries into booked appointments through strong communication

• Manage scheduling, payments, and front desk operations with accuracy

• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals

• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and a solutions‑focused mindset

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales: membership or service‑based sales strongly preferred

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and close

• Customer service experience in retail, spa, or hospitality is a plus

• Confident, outgoing, and motivated by performance metrics

• Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

• Available for some evenings and weekends

• Passion for wellness and delivering a standout client experience
