For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills: 

  • At least 2 years of IT experience in application support
  • Proficient in RPA tools and technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of programming languages, preferably C# and/or VB.Net
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze RPA processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues, provide effective solutions, and proactively identify and address potential risks within RPA processes
  • Client-centric mindset, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to understand end-users' needs, deliver exceptional support, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluency in French (B2)
  • Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon or Porto (Candidate has to be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
