Intake Supervisor | Brooklyn, NY · $70,000–$80,000 + Commission
About the Role This is a growth-track position for someone ready to lead. You'll come in, learn the process from the ground up, and step into a supervisory role overseeing a team of 7–10 reps. The expectation is straightforward: the more responsibility you're willing to take on, the more you'll be given.
Key Responsibilities
Team Oversight
- Monitor team numbers and overall performance
- Stay on top of reps day-to-day and field questions as they come up
- Review caseloads and build reports around them
Coaching & Development
- Conduct regular level-up and coaching sessions with reps
- Identify areas for improvement and follow through on them
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Attend meetings with Intake Managers
- Work alongside other departments and leadership as needed
Qualifications
- Prior management or leadership experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable running reports and tracking performance metrics
- Able to manage people, stay organized, and work cross-functionally
