• The Programme Manager serves as the academic coordinator for the programme and provides leadership in programme delivery, lecturer support, assessment oversight, student support, quality assurance, and curriculum coordination.

• Coordinate academic delivery of the Higher Certificate in Business Administration

• Support and supervise module lecturers and specialist coordinators

• Oversee assessment implementation, moderation processes, and academic quality assurance

• Monitor student support, retention, and performance

• Coordinate programme reviews and annual reporting processes

• Liaise with institutional stakeholders, industry partners, and workplace learning hosts

• Ensure academic coherence and compliance across the programme Requirements

• A completed honours degree (NQF Level 8) or above in: o Business Administration o Business Management o Management Sciences o Or a closely related field

• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a recognised higher education institution in a discipline relevant to the programme

• Demonstrated competence in: o Assessment design and moderation o Academic quality assurance o Undergraduate teaching and facilitation o Programme coordination or academic administration

• Experience in curriculum development, module coordination, or higher education programme management

• Preferred Attributes o Experience coordinating academic staff or part-time lecturers o Familiarity with South African higher education accreditation and quality assurance environments o Experience with blended learning delivery and LMS platforms o Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills o Ability to mentor and support students in a Christian higher education context o Alignment with the Christian ethos and student development approach of the institution
