You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

- Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities.
- Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
- Report on activities.

Education / Certifications:
University Bachelor´s Degree (4 years), preferably business administration/commerce
Valid driver's license including a favorable driving record (a Driver's Abstract will be required)
Job specific requirements:
The successful candidate must live near Windsor
The company will provide a vehicle to visit customers in the Windsor territory
Work schedule:
Regular Business Hours (Mon-Fri)
Salary and Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this position is $56,400 to $70,500 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program with a target of 12% with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.
