About The Role:
An opportunity for a talented, values-driven Casual Sales Assistant to support day-to-day operations and contribute to an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members.
Reporting to the Store Manager, this is a casual role located in Logan, Queensland, with a primary focus on Saturday shifts. This opportunity is ideally suited to students, school leavers, or individuals seeking regular weekend work while balancing study or other commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
Sort, price and prepare donations for sale.
Assist in the development and coordination visual merchandising and store presentation
Provide exceptional Customer Service
Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure.
Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures
Demonstrate TSA core values in all work related activities.
About You:
Retail sales experience - highly regarded but not essential.
Strong customer service skills.
Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results.
Alignment with our values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity.
High energy, hand-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibly to work a rolling roster including weekends and preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area.
