ACTIVITES SIGNIFICATIVES

• Réaliser des diagnostics courants ou complexes en collaboration avec l’assistance technique
• Etablir les listes des pièces nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux
• Préparer les interventions (pièces, consommables, outils, etc.)
• Préconiser des solutions de remise en état aux clients (changement, réparation, etc.) et formaliser l’offre, le cas échéant, (informations, devis, etc.) auprès des parties prenantes internes et externes (équipes commerciales, clients, etc.)
• Effectuer une analyse de risque avant intervention
• Réaliser des interventions de maintenance préventive et curative des matériels (révisions, réparations, etc.) sur la base des plans de maintenances et des gammes opératoires
• S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des matériels après intervention
• Comprendre et utiliser la documentation technique (manuels, etc.)
• Réaliser la mise en service simple des matériels
• Déterminer la qualification des ordres de réparation (facturable, garantie, contrat, etc.)
• Paramétrer et calibrer les matériels sur la base de l’application client
• Indiquer les opportunités d’interventions supplémentaires dans l'outil métier
• Renseigner les différents documents et outils métiers, relatif aux opérations (rapports d’intervention, heure travaillées, carnets de bord, etc.)
• Rendre compte quotidiennement de ses activités à sa hiérarchie (alertes, tâches réalisées, etc.)
• Intervenir ponctuellement en renfort sur un autre périmètre (géographique, secteur d’activité, etc.)

Job Description

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES - Carry out routine or complex diagnostics in collaboration with assistance technique - Draw up lists of parts needed to complete the work - Prepare work (parts, consumables, tools, etc.) - Recommend repair solutions to customers (replacement, repair, etc.) and formalize the offer, where appropriate, (information, quotation, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders (sales teams, customers, etc.) - Perform a risk analysis prior to intervention - Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (overhauls, repairs, etc.) based on maintenance plans and operating procedures - Ensure that equipment is in good working order after intervention - Understand and use technical documentation (manuals, etc.) - Perform simple commissioning of equipment - Determine the qualification of repair orders (billable, warranty, contract, etc.) - Parameterize and calibrate hardware based on customer application - Indicate opportunities for additional interventions in the business tool - Complete the various business documents and tools relating to operations (reports, hours worked, logbooks, etc.) - Report daily on activities to line management (alerts, tasks carried out, etc.) - Occasionally provide back-up on another perimeter (geographical, sector, activity, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Ensure the quality and timeliness of roaming operations - Ensure compliance of workstations and tools (vehicle, tools, etc.) - Know and strictly apply health and safety rules (personal protective equipment, procedures, working alone, etc.) - Know and strictly apply the rules of the customer's risk prevention plan - Know and strictly apply environmental rules (sorting, anti-contamination, etc.) - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules - Respect standard times - Perform on-call duties as required PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) Vocational baccalaureate to Bac +2 in maintenance, mechanics or electrical engineering or significant experience preferred SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s) - In-depth professional knowledge in the technical field (mechanical, electrical, electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc.) - Professional knowledge of products (ranges, functionalities, etc.) - General knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations - Basic knowledge of IT tools and information systems - Intermediate level of English (A2) Behavioral skill(s) - Analytical skills - People skills - Autonomy - Organizational skills - Thoroughness - Curiosity - Adaptability - Responsiveness
