Overview
This role manages end-to-end delivery of EICR works under Lot 3 of the Peabody Term Programme, including inspections, testing, rewiring, and remedial works. Responsibilities include ensuring statutory compliance, managing performance against SLAs, and leading a multidisciplinary team. The candidate will act as Fixatex’s counterpart to Peabody’s Contract Manager and ensure 100% compliance with standards and regulations.
