Overview
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in delivering to customers and people. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to understand daily/weekly/monthly priorities, assign projects to Key Holders and Sales Associates, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires 1+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fast fashion, with a proven track record of inspiring diverse teams, driving sales, and executing visual merchandising standards. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
