Overview
As a Merchandising Team Leader, you'll be the Store Team Leader's key partner in developing and implementing merchandising strategy for Offline by Aerie. You'll train and coach your team to deliver brand visual standards daily, ensuring the store is always guest-ready. Responsibilities include floorset execution, merchandising and marketing brand standards, replenishment management, and visual presentation. You'll also drive sales through fitting room and sales floor optimization, lead day-to-day merchandising operations, and manage team development. Requires retail management experience, attention to detail, and flexible availability.
