Overview
This role coordinates administrative and operational activities for the post-delivery phase of real estate projects. Responsibilities include managing post-delivery administrative files, producing and updating deficiency lists and project management tools, maintaining documentation for file processing, organizing follow-up appointments and interventions, tracking files to administrative closure, planning corrective work with subcontractors, ensuring schedule and quality standards compliance, coordinating access and logistics, and acting as liaison with co-owners, property managers, and other stakeholders. Requires a college diploma (DEC) in construction and/or finishing work, 2-3 years experience in project coordination, after-sales service, construction or real estate, and general construction health and safety certification (asset). Must demonstrate autonomy, dynamism, positive attitude, organization, punctuality, rigor, attention to detail, and French/English oral proficiency.
